Method 1:

  • Download Nokia 3.1 Plus DA & Scatter File From Here
  • Run SP Flash tools Load DA File & Scatter File
  • Go to Format tab, Manual Format add below address
linear_start_addr: 0x1588000
physical_start_addr: 0x1588000
partition_size: 0x100000
  • Connect Switched off Phone to PC and Start.
  • Done

Method 2:

1. From Very first “Welcome screen” Click Select language and then Select 5th language from the Last.
