How to Install Android 12 on Asus Zenfone 8:
- Download & extract Firmware package
- Install adb fastboot driver on your PC
- reboot phone to bootloader & connect it PC using the usb cable
- From the Firmware folder Run update_image.bat
- wait until success, once done disconnect device and switch it ON
