unbrick is a process to repair a device that was tablet such as a tablet or smartphone with in Tecno Pova 5 LH7n user face two type of brick- soft brick and hard brick.
Soft brick: in this stage device stuck or freez on boot logo or animation due to any software/ firmware issue.
hard brick: in this stage device completely goes dead and does not show any sign of boot for example logo or animation, even fastboot or recovery mod. it show only USB COM driver /device when we connect it to computer

Fix Soft brick/ Bootloop (Fastboot)
- Download Stock ROM: download latest firmware for your device from below links, the firmware must be full OTA (payload.bin) or Fastboot ROM
- Install USB Driver: To enable a communication between your device and computer, you must first install the fastboot drivers on your computer, which you may do by following this page.
- Flash Stock ROM: You can flash stock ROM on your device using the fastboot enhance tool if the downloaded file is payload
* Plug phone in bootloader Mod
* Run fastoot enhance tool
* select reboot fastbootd
* then select flash payload.bin
* wait until success.
if it’s a fastboot ROM, you can flash it using fastboot mod using this format
fastboot flash partition-name filename-name fastboot -w fastboot reboot
- Wipe data and cache: After flashing the Stock ROM, it’s a good idea to wipe the data and cache partitions to ensure that your device runs smoothly.
- Reboot your device: Finally, reboot your device and set it up with your Google account.
Fix hard brick (BROM/Preloader)
- the device run on helio G99 source which is not supported in MTKClient, SP Flash tool also require auth (custom DA) so you have to contact us for Auth Flash (paid)
