How to Root Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro Plus using Magisk:
- Download latest Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro Plus firmware from Here , you have to download same firmware which is currently installed on your device.
- Extract the zip
- move init_boot.img from firmware folder to phone
- Install magisk manager on your phone
- open magisk manager
- Click install & select patch file
- locate boot.img & Process patch, patch remaining images too
- once done move patched file to PC
- on phone enable usb debugging and oem unlock from developers options
- plug phone to computer in fastboot mod
- open cmd in platform tool folder
- unlock bootloader by sending below code
fastboot flashing unlock
- on phone confirm unlock warning
- reboot
fastboot reboot
- again put in fastboot & then send patched images
fastboot flash init_boot_a 'filename' fastboot flash init_boot_b 'filename'
- then reboot
