An MTK DA File (MediaTek Download Agent) is a special file used by MediaTek devices to establish a connection between the device and a computer. It enables communication with tools such as SP Flash Tool for tasks like flashing firmware, unlocking the device, or backing up and restoring data.
Using the correct DA file for your specific device is crucial—an incorrect file can cause the process to fail. You can usually find the right DA file by searching online for your exact model along with the term “DA file” or by checking our DA file repository.
