Method 1:
- Download Nokia 3.1 Plus DA & Scatter File From Here
- Run SP Flash tools Load DA File & Scatter File
- Go to Format tab, Manual Format add below address

- Connect Switched off Phone to PC and Start.

Method 2:
1. From Very first “Welcome screen” Click Select language and then Select 5th language from the Last.
