Possible Issue:
- old user data, I have personally test it on Reno 10x zoom, I have Install Latest color OS from the update section, but after some time it’s launcher rapidly crashed, after wiping the usedata it works.
Solution:
- make a full backup, Including storage, app & contact
- Move all to pen drive or computer
- Now reboot to recovery and wipe userdata, or do factory reset from settings
- Restore backup files
