Process:
- Get unlock permission from here
- On Phone Sign in with same account
- find My device ON, Go to i.mi.com & locate your device
- enable developers Options about/Miui version/tap 7-8 times
- additional settings/developers options/enable debugging and oem unlock
- developers options/Mi unlock status/ bound your MI account
- Install adb fastboot driver on your computer
- Download “this version” of Mi unlock tool
- Put Phone to fastboot Mod (Power ON + volume down Key)
- connect Phone to computer using usb cable
- Run Mi flash unlock, login, unlock/accept warning/unlock, done
Method 2:
- contact with any user who have unlock permission, add your device to their account
- unlock bootloader, sign in your device with that account, follow above steps to unlock, once done, remove your device from their account, wipe all data, sign out, done
